In some cases after the contractor starts the work, it is not necessary. You may arrange for the contractors to gain access to your property and to lock it after they leave. If you are out-of-state, they can provide pictures of the finished job that would be emailed along with the invoice. Our network of Local Pros treat your home with the utmost respect and care.
